45g chopped avocado,
carbzero™ 50g
¼ – ½ teaspoon liquid sweetener e.g. Hermesetas
Few drops of peppermint extract e.g. Dr. Oetker Few drops
8g cocoa powder e.g. Bournville

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz for 1 minute until a smooth, thick mixture has formed.
